Staff - They are chosen for their personal commitment to Jesus Christ and their desire to serve Him by ministering to the First Nations young people of the Georgian Bay perimeter and inner city native children from various locations. They are recruited from churches and Bible Schools.

Short Term Missionaries - Young people make a summer commitment to serve the Lord as part of the camp staff. They raise their own support, both prayer and financial. This is received and donors receipted by the camp, and is returned to them to assist in their education as they return to school.

Training - Young people come for a week of training before camp begins. They learn how to lead a child to Christ, speak at chapel and campfires, and lead devotions. They are also trained to supervise games, crafts, and the waterfront activities.
